1. Who we are

After Dark Parlor is a private membership community for adults. The platform is operated by [legal entity name] (“After Dark Parlor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If we become aware that a member is under 18, the account will be terminated immediately.

Membership is by application only. Creating an account does not guarantee membership. We reserve the right to deny any application.

3. User-generated content and Section 230

After Dark Parlor is an interactive computer service as defined by 47 U.S.C. § 230. Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, the platform is not the publisher or speaker of information provided by its members. You, the member, are responsible for the content you post, send, upload, or otherwise make available through this platform, including but not limited to: profile text and photos, messages, Salon posts, vouches, and event listings.

After Dark Parlor does not assume and expressly disclaims liability for user-generated content. This protection does not apply to content the platform creates or edits itself.

The platform actively moderates content in good faith pursuant to our Community Standards. Good-faith moderation preserves and does not waive our Section 230 protections.

4. Prohibited content: trafficking and exploitation

After Dark Parlor complies with the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA-SESTA), 18 U.S.C. § 2421A. The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement:

• Any content that promotes, facilitates, or advertises sex trafficking or the commercial sexual exploitation of any person
• Any content that advertises or solicits commercial sexual services
• Any content involving minors in a sexual context

If you encounter content that appears to constitute sex trafficking or exploitation, report it immediately using the platform's report function. Reports of suspected trafficking are reviewed by staff within 24 hours and may be reported to the National Human Trafficking Hotline (1-888-373-7888) or relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Adult content

After Dark Parlor is an adult platform. Members who are approved may upload explicit content in non-primary photo slots, subject to the Community Standards. Such content must involve only consenting adults. Content involving minors in any sexual context is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and law enforcement referral.

6. Identity and verification

Members are required to complete identity verification during the application process. You represent that the identity information you provide is accurate and that you are the person you claim to be. Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity is grounds for immediate account termination.

7. Platform moderation

After Dark Parlor reserves the right to remove content, restrict accounts, or terminate memberships at its discretion, subject to the procedures described in our Community Standards. We exercise this right in good faith to maintain the safety and quality of the community.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content to the platform, you grant After Dark Parlor a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the platform. You represent that you have the right to post any content you upload.

9. Limitation of liability
